Directing design, ensuring quality and conformity for the European and Asia Pacific websites. Conceptual design, creation and update of the sites for both Jobseekers and Employers. Design and creation of on and off-site marketing, promotional emails and external banner advertising. Ensuring brand consistency and usability across all areas of communication.

Conceptual development and design for administration applications used for internal use, increasing efficiency and work flow. Implementing new designs for templatisation, documenting design guidelines, investigating and overseeing design and webmastering issues for the wider development team.
